1. *Qualification* : BSc[Final Year students (2021 Passing Out Batch)] 

2. *Stream* : BSc (Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Statistics, Botany, Zoology)

3. Aggregate Percentage: Minimum *60%* up to last semester, No standing Arrears / Backlogs.

4. Candidates should be ready to work in Night Shifts and and any of our plant locations.

5. Since the recruitment is for Manufacturing Plants we prefer only *Male* Candidates. 

 *Salary(CTC) & Other Benefits:* 

1. Salary: *2,76,000* /- CTC per annum.

 *MRF Screening Process* 

1. Technical Test* (30 Qtns / 30 Min) Objective Type - Subject Related

2. IQ / Aptitude Test (30 Qtns / 40 Min)

3. Personality Test(44 Qtns / 10 Min)

4. Scheduling Test (7 Qtns /20 Min)

5. GD

* No technical test for BSc other qualifications like Botany & Zoology.

Job Role / Designation : Key Responsibilities

A. *Production / Supervisor* (BSc – Specified Streams )

1. Planning materials for achieving the daily production target.

2. Allocation of Roles & Responsibilities for the Employees & Junior staffs.

3. Supervising workers and ensuring that targets are met.

4. Ensure Full utilization of Man & Machine to achieve pre set production targets.

5. Completing and maintaining Production records as and when batches are over.

B. *Quality Assurance / Supervisor* (BSc Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Statistics)

1. Product audit, Process audit, dock audits.

2. Customer Complaint Analysis and problem solving using 7 QC tools.

3. Line return analysis, Reducing the line return.

4. Maintaining records and quantifiers for ISO.

5. Maintaining quality records in SAP.
