 Job Description of Patent Associate (Techno-Legal Role)

Job Role: Patent Associate (Techno-Legal Role)

Job location: Gurugram (Sohna Road) – Currently it is work from home

Work Timings: 9.5 hours day shift

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Job Profile:

Please note that on the job, training will be provided for the below stated tasks:

 Understanding the technological concepts / key features of inventions in diversified

technological domains.

 Identifying the value of inventions and assisting in developing a patent portfolio strategy.

 Drafting patent specifications in various disciplines of science / engineering/technology.

 Conducting patent prior art searches including prior art analysis in the relevant patent and

non patent databases to establish the novelty of the invention and identify suitable prior art.

 Assist the senior team members in research work including case-laws research and technical

research.

 Assist clients in IP Management including invention mining, valuation, formulation of

strategy and implementation framework.

Job Role: BI Developer – Trainee

Work Timings: 10:00 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Bond: 1 year or 2 year (To be discussed at the time of interview)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Job Profile:

Please note that on the job, training will be provided for the below stated tasks:

1. ETL procedures in BI application (QlikView/ Qlik Sense).

2. Design, develop, and test BI scripts to import data from source systems and test BI

dashboards to meet client requirements.

Skill Set Required:

1. Basic Knowledge of DB and writing basic Sql queries like joins/groupby/orderby is must.

2. Strong knowledge of database/Data warehouse/BI concepts.

3. Good to have knowledge of any programming language to check logical thinking of

developer (python will be better).

4. Good to have knowledge of AI/ML using Python.

5. Good to have Html/CSS/JavaScript for creating custom designs like mashup/extension.

Job Profile: HR Executive - Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

1. Source potential candidates for open position from job portal(s) or headhunt the candidates through Social

Media platforms.

2. The incumbent would be involved in the hiring of Middle to Senior Level positions.

3. Coordinating with shortlisted candidates for scheduling the interviews.

4. Follow up with offered candidates for seeking documents or confirmation on their relieving date and joining date.

Please note: There will be no monthly/quarterly targets.
