Program overview

We are looking for smart, ambitious candidates who have the potential and drive to become impactful Software Development Engineers at Presidio. A multi-stage selection process has been carefully designed to identify, nurture and select the top candidates from the Train & Hire program.

Involves multiple selection rounds. Shortlisted candidates will receive a Conditional Offer Letter from Presidio.
Training Program
8 week online expert mentor-led program for FREE, starting tentatively in the second week of July
Training
Shortlisted candidates will be paid a monthly stipend of INR 16,000 during 8 weeks of training.

Eligibility Criteria
2020/2021 Graduates with knowledge in at least one of the technical languages such as C, C++, Java and Python
Final year students can apply
Any degree - No Standing Arrears
Minimum of 60 percentage throughout - 10th standard, 12th standard/Diploma, UG and PG (if applicable)
Stream/ specialization does not matter as long as the candidate has some coding background
Available full-time (8 - 10 hours a day, 5 days a week) during the training program
Even graduates who are already placed and looking for a better opportunity/waiting for their offer letters can apply provided they can join the full-time training program by the 2nd week of July
