Job Title: Associate Software Engineer

Function: Software Development

Reporting to: Software Engineering Management

Location: Delhi NCR

Package: ₹ 3.60 LPA (After appointment)

Stipend: ₹ 20,000 pm during 3 months training period

Bond Period: 1.3 Year (including 3 months training period)

Bond Amount: ₹1,50,000/- (if exit before completion of bond period )

Date of Joining: Mid of June OR July 2021

Eligibility Criteria

• BTech (ECE, Mechanical)
• Formal Schooling (Shouldn’t be a pass out of NIOS or any open schooling)
• Gap of maximum 2 years
• No Diploma Holders
• Must have basic knowledge of Computer Fundamentals

 

Educational Qualification

• UG: 65% and above
• 10th & 12th: 65% and above

Purpose of Job:

Develops moderately complex software, creates and executes designs for small sets of new

functionality.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

This being an entry level position in the S/W development team, an individual is expected to:

 Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)

 Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code

 Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems

 Comply with project plans and industry standards

 Participate in integrated testing of product/package

 Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback

 Document and maintain software functionality

Key Skills:

 Team working skills

 Numerical and analytical skills

 Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

 English language fluency

Pre Placement Talk

 Aptitude, English & Technology Test – 90 Minutes(Online)

 Short listing based on Sectional cut-off

 Psychological Test of 40-45 Minutes(Online)

 Short listing based on the scores obtained in the Psychologicaltest

 Personal Discussion Round – Technology & HR (Student may face 2-3 rounds)

 Result Announcement on same day
