Edwisor would like to invite applications for campus placement from the 2021/2020 batch for the role of a Business Development Associate at our company with a CTC of 3.7 lakhs per annum.
Sales - Business Development Associate
Roles and responsibilities:
● Generate leads through offline and online channels in your territory or area assigned to
you
● Work on leads generated through various channels and help in counselling them in
taking edtech programs offered by the company
● 90% of time will be spent on calling leads and counseling and closing the sale;
Remaining 10% of time will be spent on reviews and updating CRM information
● Manage your sales funnel effectively to ensure that conversion rates are optimised and
no lead is wasted
● Timely updation of CRM platform with all the lead details, stage changes, conversation
details and other assigned tasks
● Be the eyes and ears of the company and contribute in giving feedback to the
management team about customer requirements, product improvements and other
details
● Strictly adhere to the sales process to drive maximum efficiency from your daily working
hours
Requirements:
● Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream; Only freshers needed (1-2 months internship
experience in sales or business development is highly preferred)
● Strong in communication and customer service skills
● Have a flair and strong inclination towards Sales and Business Development; Should be
willing to go beyond the call of duty
● Fitment into startup culture is required where you are willing to put in efforts and drive
the company forward. Efforts will be rewarded handsomely
Other details:
● This is a remote working opportunity where you will be working from your hometown
● Official working days are Monday to Saturday every week (6 days working)
● Official working hours will be 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM

Income Sharing Agreement (ISA)
Our offer has one condition where the employee who agrees to join us full time as Business Development Associate will be signing an Income Sharing Agreement or ISA. It works as a loan for which a deduction of Rs 5,833 per month will be done from your salary account by a Bank/NBFC who will finance your corporate training program as a fresher. All ISAs come with pre-defined bond of 12 months excluding probation
How the Income Sharing Agreement will be executed?
Why ISA: A company is able to recover cost of training a fresher by reducing risk of high attrition visible amongst freshers though company shares the risk of ISA along with candidate. Company is liable to show higher CTC offers from industry partners to NBFCs within 6 months to show career progression of a candidate. ● Company would assist its employees to get higher CTCs min. 4 LPA+ in industry partner companies as a candidate becomes a working professional in their roles. We have top edtech & Saas industry partners for BDA role.
How much :19% of your monthly CTC ( Rs 30,833*19%~Rs 5,833) when you start job with edwisor ● 19% of your higher monthly CTC if edwisor helps you grab it with its industry partners after 4-6 months of job experience.
Eligibility Check: Candidates share their hometown, pincode, own PAN & Aadhar along with PAN & Aadhar of one working parent who is not in farming occupation. ● Eligibility check done by fintech partner basis above data points. Point of contact will be assigned.

Personal interviews - Students with documents scheduled for interviews.
Final shortlist -
- TPO needs to ensure offer acceptance
- The final selection list will be shared with TPO & students need to complete agreement signing with our Fintech Partner.
