This is a purely marketing-based position.

Designation – Assistant Sales Manager
SparkleBox.School is a mindfully chalked out Learning Program tailor-made for pre-primary students,
from ages 2 to 6. The program encourages early foundational learning with minimal screen time,
ranging from subjects like Literacy, Numeracy, EVS to Arts and Dance too. SparkleBox School is the
brainchild of highly skilled educators who have had more than 10 years of experience in the
education sector. We are the pioneers of revolutionizing home schooling with innovative brands like
AOL School - a complete CBSE online school bringing the physical school experience to screens, and
SparkleBox educational kits - an innovative activity-based learning method that makes learning as
fun as playing.
The candidate will have 6 months to 3 years of experience in field sales in B2C and will be involved in
Marketing and Sales (Branding, Awareness, Lead Generation and sales).
They will be required to travel across the city to various locations such as Malls, Shopping centres,
Housing Societies and Apartment complexes to set up our promotional stalls and pitch our
products and generate interest with parents for the sales of educational products (age group 2.5
to 5 yrs.) and generate sales and revenue.
The successful candidate will report to the Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify/Prospect customers and close sales.
Pitching products and/or services to customers.
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Requirement
Enthusiastic and go getter with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills in English and Local language.
Enjoys Travelling and meeting/talking to people.
Graduation in any discipline.
0-3 years of experience in sales with exposure to B2C sales and marketing.
