 We require Female  MBA-HR (Major) (70% Throughout)  for the position of  Management Trainees for Off Campus Recruitment on urgent basis.

Skills Required :

 Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)

1. Excellent Presentation Skill
2. Command over Basic MS Excel,MS Word , MS Powerpoint and Exposure to Advanced MS Excel
3. Good Email Writing skills.
4. Preference will be given to Internship from any MNC

 Training Tenure : Selected candidate will be on training for One Year, designated as Management Trainee

Confirmation      : Candidate will be confirmed after one year training as Section Engineer based only on the basis of Performance during Training

Stipend during One Year Training :

Cost to Company Rs. 2,80000 Lakh Per Annum or [Rs. 23,000 CTC Per Month (Approx.) including Employer’s PF Contribution (Excluding Employee’s PF Deduction and Canteen Charges(Optional) .

Stipend After Confirmation             :

Cost to Company Rs. 3,60000 Lakh Per Annum or [Rs. 30,000 CTC Per Month (Approx.)  including Employer’s PF Contribution (Excluding Employee’s PF Deduction and Canteen Charges(Optional) )
