About Pepcoding
We are an ed-tech company founded in Dec 2017. We help bridge the industry-academia gap for programming talent. Since our inception, more than 350 of our students have been hired by top product-based companies like Microsoft and Amazon.
We are right now working on an ambitious project - NADOS. NADOS will be learning focussed social media software much like Facebook and LinkedIn. This drive is for hiring Product Engineers who will work on NADOS.
Job Description
A product engineer will work in either of two teams.
- Software team: Day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around writing code for NADOS.
- Content team: Day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around creating content (videos, articles, questions, tests) for NADOS.
The selected candidates will have to go through a training period of 12 months with the content team of NADOS. During this phase, their day will be divided into two halves. In the first half, they will be trained by a trainer, and during the second half, they will be expected to create videos, articles, questions, and tests as instructed by the trainer. After 12 months, the trainees will be separated into the Software or Content team as per their performance and interest.
All the selected candidates will have to sign a bond of 1 year (fixed) with the company. Any candidate who intends to leave the training before 1 year of training tenure will have to pay the company a compensation of Rs.1,00,000 (one lakh).
Compensation Details
During the training phase of 12 months, the selected candidate will get the following compensation.
After the training phase, the selected candidate will be offered a full-time role as Product Engineer (Software) or Product Engineer (Content) with a CTC of Rs. 9 Lakhs/- per annum (all fixed, no variable component)
Work Details
- The candidate should be willing to work 6 days a week, daily from 9 am to 6 pm.
- The candidate should be willing to work from the office in Sector 63, Noida.
Shortlisting criteria
- BTech - all branches, M.Tech - all branches, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, BSc CSE
- 2021 pass-out
- Up to 2 active Backlogs allowed
- Ready for immediate joining, i.e., 10th Sep
- Ready to work from the office in Sector 63 - Noida.
- Willing to get Covid vaccine within this year

Prior programming knowledge is not necessary.
