(CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE(CSR))

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for accepting and coordinating all and any customer/broker requirements as needed.  A Customer Service Representative is responsible for over-seeing and ensuring that all assigned CSR are completing order entry and tracing tasks in a timely and efficient manner.  A customer service representative is responsible for ensuring that all pick up and delivery schedules are met at the required on-time targets set out by dispatch.  A Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring that all service-related information (issues, delays, in/out times, accessorial etc.) are effectively communicated to the appropriate parties and that customers are treated with the utmost respect and service at all times.

(Dispatch Supervisor)

A dispatch Supervisor oversees all end to end assets operations. Supervise team members / leaders for outbound and inbound Planning. He is also responsible for ensuring that assets are efficiently and strategically planned for outbound trips while maintaining a high fleet utilization.  Make sure that there is no bias dispatch provided to driver’s / owner operators by the planners. Trucks/drivers are planned and moving efficiently and accordingly with Hours of Service (HOS) laws.  Supervisor is responsible (when required) for maintaining customer relationships and building strategic relationships in order to achieve consistent, market (or above) rates and dedicated volumes.

(DRIVER MANAGER/DISPATCH)

A Driver Manager manages and coordinates all local pick-up and delivery information from planning to driver. Driver Manger is responsible for ensuring that all assigned assets are achieving their required mileage per week in accordance with outbound/inbound planning as well as drivers. Driver Manager is responsible for ensuring that all available trucks/drivers are planned and moving efficiently and accordingly with Hours of Service (HOS) laws. Driver Manager is responsible (when required) for maintaining customer relationships and building strategic relationships in order to achieve consistent, market (or above) rates and dedicated volumes.  Driver Manager is responsible for making sure that drivers have all required information to successfully complete their core competencies.  Driver Manager is responsible for flow of communication between planner/operations to driver and from driver to planning/operations. Driver Manager is responsible for making sure that all assigned assets are properly tracked, traced, and utilized.

Stipend: 21,000 Per Month
