1.       JOB PROFILE: 

·         Promotion of various products and services related to our group company.

·         Making corporate presentations to the clients

·         Sourcing new clients by generating leads.

·         Preparation of techno commercial agreements.

·         Assisting on technical issues related to our products & services.

·         Billing & commercial settlements of clients with DISCOMs/ SLDC/RLDC.

·         Meeting the quarterly targets.

2.       SKILLS:

·         Excellent communication skills in English.

·         Very good marketing skills having smart & intelligent decision making qualities.

·         MBA(Marketing)- 1ST preference

·         B.E Electrical/ B. E Electrical & Electronics/B.E Electronics & communication -2nd preference

3.  LOCATION OF POSTING:  Anywhere in India

4.  SERVICE CONDITIONS:   

·         The candidates will have Training cum Probationary period of Six Months.

·         Notice Period of Three Months to be served by Candidate at the time of leaving the company.

·         The candidates require to sign a three years service commitment with us.

·         1ST two months’ salary will be on hold of non degree holders but same is not applicable for degree holders.

·         Only male candidates can apply

4.  REMUNERATION:  

Cost to Company (Annual CTC)                                                  : Rs.    3, 45, 000 per annum.

Break Up of Salary Details:

Net Salary                                                                                           : Rs.    2, 53, 200 per annum.   [Take Home]

Subsidised Food (Facilitated by Company) **                     : Rs.         72, 000 per annum.    [Not to be earned in Cash]

Mediclaim (Individual Insurance provided by company) : Rs.          11, 400 per annum.   [Not to be earned in Cash]

Telephone Reimbursement                                                        : Rs.            8, 400 per annum.    [Not to be earned in Cash]

5. Other than the above, the Candidate would also be entitled to tour reimbursement as per actual entitlement.

6.  Designation – Management Trainee, after confirmation Junior Manager.

Experienced Candidate – Junior Manager, after confirmation Assistant Manager.

**Accommodation - Provided by Company for the first year of Service only. If the employee does not / can not avail the facility, for whatever reason, the amount will not be credited to salary.

** Subsidized Food (Maid, Electricity, Cook & Utensils etc) provided by Company but meal charges have to be borne by the candidate. If the employee does not / can not avail the facility, for whatever reason, the amount will not be credited to salary.
