Job Profile & Role	Graduate Engineer Trainee, Machine Operator
Job Description	The role demands the person to work on machines · As this would be a core job for budding engineering they should be willing to work in shifts · Manage print quality as per customer expectations. · Ensuring the required efficiency of machines · Coordinates jobs with other production areas. · Ensures raw materials are available to planned jobs. · Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected · Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations · Aptitude and attitude for attention to detail · Proficiency with handling tools
Job Requirement	Sound knowledge of desktop publishing, computer applications, hardware networking, THERMAL LAMINATION on ART CARD/BOARDS/ conversant with latest technologies involving JDF and closed-loop work-flow · Willingness to learn and imply new technologies · Good written and oral communication skills. · Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively · Must be aggressive and dynamic with a good attitude, always open to feedback and should be a quick learner · A proactive self-starter, who can operate both individually and as part of a team and values the importance of the success of their overall group
