    Job Responsibilities:
      1. Cold calling on a regular basis to a defined segment
      2. Creation of “ wish list “ and constant updation.
      3. Doing a minimum of 15 customer engagements in a day. (Engagement defined as Product pitches, bank presentation or follow-up discussion)
      4. Conducting promotional /micro-marketing activities to generate customer leads and follow up on such leads on a daily basis.
      5. Reviewing Goal sheet performance/performance payout to know what is being missed or what has been over-achieved.
      6. Doing IRDA/trade finance/other necessary certifications for better product/bank understanding.
      7. Stepping out for market-making and calls between 10 AM to 5 PM
      8. EDSR updation and maintenance.
      9. Reporting of activities that are illegal/posh/financial intransigence. This could either be branch banking or any other divisions within the bank.

    Salary Bracket

    Graduates: 2.2 - 2.5 LPA

    Post Graduates: 2.5 - 3.5 LPA
