Job Description:

1) Digital Marketing Executive:

   Eligible Course: All B. Tech, MBA 2021,2020, 2019 passed out

    Salary - Between Rs. 35,000 - 40,000 Per Month ( as per Interview Performance) 

 Company working hours - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm 

Working Days - Monday to Saturday 

Interview round-  Telephonic, Video , Calling In-Person (F2F)

Location: Gurgaon

Duties & Responsibilities 

 Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers 
 Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
 Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness 
 Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) 
 Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels 
 Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website 
 Collaborate with designers to improve user experience 
 Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.) 
 Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date 
 Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors 
 Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy 
 Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices 
 Manage all digital marketing channels 
 Measure ROI and KPIs 
 Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget 
 Oversee all the company's social media accounts 
 Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics 
 Build an inbound marketing plan 
 Forecast sales performance trends with leads generation 
 Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.

2) Graphic Designer :

Eligible Course: All B. Tech, MBA 2021,2020, 2019 passed out

    Salary - Between Rs. 35,000 - 40,000 Per Month ( as per Interview Performance) 

 Company working hours - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Location: Gurgaon

Duties & Responsibilities 

 Managing design, print. 
 working with team, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production, and timescales 
 developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites 
 determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size 
 preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief 
 reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required 
 Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
  Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule 
 Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines 
 Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions 
 Perform retouching and manipulation of images 
 Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software 
 Daily post creation, MRP listing, and Catalogue, Brochure. 
 Video Animation, Video Editing

3) Tele Sales Executive : 

Eligible Course: All B. Tech, MBA 2021,2020, 2019 passed out

    Salary - Between Rs. 15000 - Rs. 20,000 Per Month ( as per Interview Performance) 

 Company working hours - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm 

Working Days - Monday to Saturday 

Interview round-  Telephonic, Video, Calling In-Person (F2F)

Location: Gurgaon

Duties & Responsibilities

 Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services. 
 Accurately record details of customers’ purchase orders. 
 Processing all customer purchases accordingly. 
 Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue. 
 Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
  Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. 
 Using sales scripts offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections. 
 Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences. 
 Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
