TEK Systems  looking for Platform Support Engineers (For Client HPE) for 2021, 2020, 2019 Passout Students

Tek systems (Bangalore) is looking to hire 20 Platform Support Engineers. Their role would be to speak to US/UK clients, understand their technical problems and route their calls to more experienced Server/Storage Engineers. 

Looking for freshers with CS/IT background who can speak English fluently and would be excited to work for HP, starting Jan. BCA MCA are also eligible. 

They should be ok to work in rotational shifts and be comfortable to support clients over calls.

For next 3 mnths atleast this would be 100% remote work, and even after offices start it will be hybrid model with 2/3 days in office and rest work from home, for foreseeable future. 

HP would give them training on HP products - Networking, Server and Storage products and down the line they will get opportunities to move into more technical work. 

Salary = 3L fixed + Night Shift Allowance + Incentives (additional 50-60K)
