Roles and Responsibilities

  • The person will be driving general insurance business through agents/banks/Motor Dealers and other channels to ensure strong business pipeline.
  • Coach & guide the producers/agents to cross sell and grow their business
  • Ensuring IRDAI compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to producers
  • Support/guide the producers in all activities related policy services
  • To recruit and appoint producers for General Insurance business
  • Train producers on products, process and USPs of Co.       

#Detailed training will be given at hub locations

#Candidate to indicate location preference as UP East or UP West


CTC: Rs. 3.25 Lacs (Fixed) + incentives
