5.       Salary:

·         Stipend during internship:           Rs. 15,000/- for night shift (per month)

                                                              Rs. 12,000/- for day shift (per month)

·         Revised : After training, annual CTC will be Rs 3.36 lacs to Rs 3.98 lacs

6.       Skills and competencies:

Good communication skills, good aptitude, in depth knowledge of technical aspects, knowledge on software development life cycle, testing, debugging techniques, Java, JavaScript, HTML, C/C++, CSS, SQL
          & Windows.

8.       Eligibility criteria

                         a.   60 % in final degree

9.       Location: Mohali

10.   Selected candidates will be required to sign an 18 months service agreement with OATIndia.

11.   Only those candidates should appear who are available for immediate joining and would like to serve OATIndia after the internship period as well. Confirmation for permanent employment will be subject to the performance during the internship period.
