Job Descriptions

·    Conduct product demonstrations on site after learning all aspects and features of the Globus entire product line.

·    Provide technical training to customers and clients on product’s hardware and software.

·    Practical exposure on functioning of solutions.

·    Develop/Maintain new training content for products and solutions as per the requirements.

·    Take part in company events and exhibitions.

·    Preparing weekly, monthly training plans/calendars and reports.

·     Expertise on service, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting and handling services in the designated region.

·     Flexible to travel in case of any projects requirement.

·     Abilities to handle customer complaints.

·     Travelling to regions in & around Haryana extensively for installation, breakdown calls & maintenance calls.

·     Technical Support for complaint calls for value added products

Desired Candidate Profile

·    Excellent Communication skills.

·    Must have power point presentation skills

·    Candidate must be comfortable travelling Pan Haryana.

·    Should have own source of commuting.

·     Candidate must possess excellent technical skills

·     Comfortable in traveling

·     Good Problem-solving skills.
