Primary Duties & Responsibilities

 

The support personnel should be able to provide enterprise-level assistance to our LMS users. He/she should be able to help the users install applications and make full use of the LMS and also help diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems. He/she will use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues. For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, the support personnel will visit clients or contact via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.

 

·         Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and applications.

·         Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Anydesk)

·         Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Managing multiple cases at one time.

·         Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution

 

Qualifications and Prerequisites

 

·         Bachelor's degree or equivalent

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to travel across locations.
