Roles & Responsibility:  

  • Timely and effective execution of daily aligned work
  • Non-Voice and non-technical back-end job.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues and manage to work on large content.
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
  • Reviewing processes which could be enhanced to improve the customer experience

 

Skills/Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Ability to write basic emails
  • Strong logical reasoning
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude
  • Maintains effectiveness when experiencing major changes in personal work tasks or work environment; adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures
