Job Title: Cheesemaker - Fresher 

Job Location: Mix of Hisar (Haryana)-90% and Delhi NCR-10%. 

CTC: 25K per month 

Experience Required: 

● BTech/M.Tech & M.Sc - Food Technology 2022 passed out. 

● Knowledge of Cheese Science 

● Industry Internship Experience in making Cheese 

Job Responsibilities: 

Will be responsible for cheese and other dairy product recipes for an Artisanal Dairy brand. 

● Assisting head chef in day-to-day operations of the kitchen and factory 

● Overseeing the seasoning, shaping, ripening of Cheese. 

● Creating Cheese that is appealing to the taste and to the eye. 

● Hands-on work in making cheese in the lab and kitchen.
