The Company emerges from Shriram Transport Finance Company (STFC), which is India’s largest Small Business Finance Company. Established in 1979, STFC introduced the concept of organized financing in the second-hand trucks segment while strategizing its presence in a 5-12-year-old truck which leads to its market share of 25%. Pan India presence of the company has been cultivated with its 569 branch offices, employing more than 17,000 employees and serving a customer base of approx. 1 million.

We will like to take on board the Mechanical / Automobile Engineers (Graduates)/ MBA’s Fresher as Management Trainees from your esteemed institute.

 

The Scope of work will include but not limited to

 

·       Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by SAMIL

·       Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, referrals, etc.

·       Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

·       Maximize sourcing and conversion of vehicles

·       Identify the ways to build a buyer base

·       Responsible for the achievement of the assigned target

·       To bridge the gap between pre-owned segment suppliers and SAMIL

·       Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

·       Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

·       Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained

Eligible branches: MBA + B.Tech & B.Tech Mechanical 2022 passed out.

CTC : MBA + B.Tech - 4.25 LPA + Incentives & B.Tech Mechanical - 3 LPA + Incentives.
