We are currently looking to hire an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our business team and build a strong portfolio of clients. The candidate should be responsible for generating leads and supporting new business revenue for the company. And to develop, establish and maintain business development and sales strategies to meet organizational objectives. 

Skills Required: ● Candidates must have good communication skills both verbal and written. ● Researching the market and identifying potential target customers. ● Candidates should be familiar with IT domain, must have basic knowledge of terms used in Website & Mobile App Development ● Knowledge of sales management, marketing, strategic management, and business planning ● Having a brief idea of the latest software development tech stack in the market ● Basic understanding of Bidding Portals, Linkedin Lead Generation, Digital Marketing and Sales techniques ● Must be proficient in Proposal Writing, Keeping Follow ups, Requirement Gathering. ● Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients ● Reviewing client’s feedback and implementing necessary changes.

 Job Responsibilities: ● Manage the complete sales cycle, right from initial negotiations to closure. ● Making client interactions to analyze the project requirements. ● Understanding and thorough knowledge of trending and new technologies for mobile and web design and development ● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests 

 Location: Hisar 

Job Type: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

CTC: During the first 3 months of training, the stipend will be between 16k - 20K per month. After successful completion salary will be 22K per month
