Team Lead- Sales – Company budget 6.5-7.5 LPA

 

Asst Manager- Sales- 8 LPA- 10 LPA

 

Responsibility-

 

  • Responsible for identifying, developing and managing new and existing business opportunities.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivering of our products to the customer.  
  • Understand client’s requirement and suggest best possible solution.
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
  • Monitor Customer buying trends, market conditions and competitor actions to adjust strategies and achieve sales goals.
  • Visit customers and handle quality issues.
  • Dealing with client/customer and vendor/supplier of the company.
  • Manage sample collection and responsible to dispatch them.
  • Visit outer customers and make reports.
  • Quotation Submit to Customer.
  • Providing technical support to another salesperson.
  • Identifying and establishing new business.
