Job Overview:  The Haryana-based Mohan Earthmovers LLP is an authorized dealer of JCB India Ltd. which has 8 retail outlets situated in Haryana. We handle operations from our head office in Rohtak. Apart from Rohtak, our outlets can be spotted at Hisar and Narnaul, Gurgaon, Dadri, Rewari, Sirsa, Jind. Mohan Earthmovers LLP is one of the most established names among the dealers of the earthmoving and construction equipment industry in the state of Haryana. Our customer-centric approach has helped us grow as a brand, not just in Rohtak, but throughout Haryana. Sales department is excited to announce that we are looking for a competent Sales and Marketing Executive.

 Job Role : As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough marketing research on competitors' products and services.

 Requirement: MBA ( Marketing) only Male Candidates are required. Besides this, you should possess excellent convincing abilities as well as good communication skills. You should also possess outstanding sales skills and the ability to work in a team environment as and when needed.

 Responsibilities:  Preparing marketing and sales strategies. Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services. Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns. Preparing budget and time constraints. Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients. Working in collaboration with the Media department. Answering client’s questions in a professional manner. Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company. Creating awareness of the products and services o ered by the company. Ensuring the company meets the sales targets. Handling complaints of the clients. Negotiating the deals with the clients. Taking feedbacks from the clients. Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms. Writing monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns.

Salary package: 3 LPA
