Job Brief
Summary of job: plan organizes and evaluates operations of company like reception, housekeeping, Infra , gate control, assets maintenance/serving, health and hygiene, panty/catering, conferences and event management etc ensure to all operations meet established guidelines.
 
Job Responsibilities
Meeting Coordination: Monthly Admn. MIS, assets register update, electricity bills, water charges, utilities payment etc.

. Purchase and vendor management.
. Handling courier/ correspondence, etc.
. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory stock and ordering supplies as necessary.
. Guest/clients relation management.
. checking that agreed work by staff or contractor has been completed satisfactorily
. vendor management: pricing, negotiations, inspecting reviewing etc

Travel Arrangements: Coordinate international and domestic travel, including air/ train travel, obtaining visas, car services and Hotel/ accommodations. Handling Employee Reimbursement part and checking the bills as per policy.

Time Management: Preparation and maintain the In/Out of HO employee through software and update the Time management records.

  • Coordinating and Handling queries related to Head Office.

·       Handling Employee Reimbursement part and checking the bills as per policy.

·       Maintain end-to-end Travel and Administrative reports and sent on weekly and  monthly basis.

·       Managing and Monitoring Security and housekeeping Petty cash related work - Ensuring sufficient cash balance,

·       Submission of payments/ vouchers twice in a week. Scrutiny of Monthly bills viz. Telephone, Electricity Water Mobiles, Couriers, Stationery item, Xerox Machine and ensuring their timely payments.

·       Insurance work - Staff Vehicles, and Office premises Assigning the bank related job to staff and Cash withdrawal account department.

·       Upkeep and Maintenance of entire premises - Regular visits to floors close monitoring of cleanliness/ dusting,

·       Maintain of stock of pantry stuff and stationery items. Arranging the lunch for company guest.

·        Taking care of Administration (Office Setup + Staff management HK + FO + Vendors management / implementation + Staff training) & Travel (Flight + Visa + Hotel + Local transport) for Domestic & International both. Currency management, Expat Management
Expertise in managing projects movement and making cost & management effective plans

Qualifications:  

·       MBA HR 2023 passed out

CTC : 3 LPA
